DeskGM provides baseball intelligence, analysis, explainable recommendations, briefings, summaries, and team/fantasy-adjacent decision support.

The service is informational only. It does not guarantee outcomes, player performance, trade results, betting results, fantasy results, roster decisions, or real-world baseball decisions.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload endpoints, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or use the app in violation of law.

DeskGM uses AI-assisted analysis to generate briefings, summaries, recommendations, and explanations. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

You should review AI-generated content before relying on it. DeskGM may change, remove, or limit AI features as quality, cost, safety, or product needs change.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Use a secure sign-in provider, protect your devices, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

DeskGM may suspend access for abuse, security risk, operational issues, nonpayment where paid features exist, or violation of these terms.

The service is provided as available. Features, data sources, notifications, AI models, recommendations, subscriptions, and account controls may change, pause, or stop at any time.

DeskGM may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

The app uses public or licensed data sources, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, and AI providers where configured. Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or unavailable.

DeskGM is an independent baseball analysis app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, MLB Players, Inc., or any MLB club. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

DeskGM may offer free and paid plans, such as a future Plus plan. Paid features, pricing, billing timing, renewal terms, cancellation options, refunds, and store-specific rules will be shown before purchase when subscriptions are offered.

Subscription access may depend on account status, app-store rules, payment status, and feature availability.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DeskGM disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
